A Meal Or Food You Really Like

 

A meal that I like a lot is lasagna, it is a very frequent Italian food, it is a type of pasta that is usually served in overlapping sheets interspersed with ingredients to taste, for example: meat, vegetables, cheese, etc.

Lasagna is prepared with sheets of Italian pasta that alternate with layers of various minced meat; the last layer of pasta is usually covered with white or tomato sauce, sprinkled with grated cheese and au gratin. 

I like it because I love the combination of cheese and pasta. Also, because it reminds me of my childhood, it makes me remember when we used to prepare it together with my mom. 

It doesn't affect my health because I don't eat it very often, only on special occasions and that doesn't happen a lot hahaha.

 I love eating lasagna together with my family, I enjoy it very much!
